Lord of the Lake
A beautiful Spring weekend greeted around 100 bikes at lakeside park for the 2017 Lord of the Lake.  Bikes from Period 2 through to period 6 from 125cc through to 100cc Historic Superbikes all were in action.

Notable standouts winning multiple classes include Rick Kwok, Ray Chandler and Ryan Munns.

Sidecars were an intense battle between Husband and wife duo the Pouchers and Doug Chivas with 0.0017 separating them on one occasion and 0.01 on another.
Lord of the Lake a special occasion

The 24th and 25th of September was a fairly memorable weekend for all at Lakeside Park, there was beautiful sunshine, a friendly atmosphere and of course, awesome racing action from all the the Lord of the Lake competitors.

But for rider, Ryan Munns the sunday was just that bit more special. After scoring himself a trophy for his hard ridden effort over the weekend, Munns was summoned to the top of the control tower.
