This weekend racing cars from the 60's, 70's and 80's will converge on Lakeside Park for the inaugural Historic Lakeside. Lakeside is an iconic racing venue hosting two Australian Grand Prix's in the 60's and with cars such as the famous
Mildren Waggott nick named the Yellow Submarine and others a wealth of History has been reunited with Lakeside.
Cars such as Renmax, Brabham, Morgan, De Tomaso, XY Falcons and XU1 Torana's will all be on racing over weekend.

Jones Wins Italian Flavored QRDC
Peter Jones has taken out the victory in the Italian Challenge as the feature event for QRDC's round 6 The Festival of Italinan Motorsport. With Italian regularity and
Italian Shown and Shine and Italian Cuisine in the cafe the weekend the weekend had the tiffosi well entertained.
Other races winners on the weekend included Simon Cilento in the Sports Cars, Cam Wilson in the Excels and Superkarts 125
& 250 where won by Samuel McFeran and Lachlan Crisp respectively.

Lord of the Lake returns Next Weekend to Lakeside
Lord of the Lake is quickly becoming the Classic Motorcycle meeting in Queensland.
Next weekend around 100 bikes will converge on the North Brisbane Circuit with some mouth watering
classic machinery.Bikes such as Norton's, BSA's and Royal Enfields.
The range of bikes from Period two in the 40's through to the 80's classic such as Ducati, Honda and Yamaha's.
admission: $20 Saturday, $30 Sunday and a weekend pass $40.
