Queensland Raceways Cams Nationals dates for 2017 announced
The Cams National Racing Championships will return to Queensland Raceway on the 4th-6th of August 2017.
Last year the Nationals bought seven categories to Queensland Raceway for the weekend and plenty of excitement. With the Sports Racers series stealing several big headlines across the three days - the West car of Mark Laucke caught fire in spectacular fashion outside of turn 3 and there was the big rollover of Adam Cranston after Josh Townsend made impact with his Cranston’s West car.
2016 also saw the continuation of the ‘Fight in the Night’ race for Australian Production Car Series - an under the lights epic of 300km, won by Beric Lynton and Tim Leahy.
We’re looking forward to the Nationals returning in 2017 and hopefully it’ll be just as thrilling as 2016.
