Chrome Bar Bonanza #1 IS THIS SUNDAY!!

Our first Chrome Bar Day for 2017 is set for May 28th! THIS SUNDAY!


Chrome Bar Cruise days at Lakeside Park are open to all vehicles with a chrome bar or originally built with chrome. The day is family friendly, with all family members able to participate in the hours of cruising throughout the day and kids entertainment. Make sure to park in the infield to be included in the Show n' Shine! We also have the Hot Wheels Stunt Team to put on a show!

Prices on the day:
$10 Gate Admission
$20 Per/Cruise for cruises 1-3 (30min cruises)
$10 Per/Cruise for cruises 4-10 (20 min cruises)
*Kids 12 and under enter for free


We also run Chrome Bar Bonanza - #2 on October 29th- So if you love this event and want to do it again, or you can't make it this time round you have another shot!

Third Round of QRDC just around the corner!
On the 3rd and 4th of June Lakeside Park will be PACKED with race cars! This round of QRDC is set to be giant!
There are eight BIG categories hitting Lakeside Park on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of June with Classic Sports Sedans, Excels, MX5 and 86 Challenge, Queensland Clubman and Sports Racers, HQ Racing, QR Sports and Sedans, Production Touring and the Italian Challenge. 

It's set to be another massive weekend of racing! Make sure to mark it down in your diary!

Notta Grand Prix is just around the corner!
The second Notta Grand Prix is on July 1st! After the first round, where participants tested themselves for 6 hours at Lakeside Park, the second is set to be even bigger and better.

The real challenge of the day was keeping the cheap cars going around for the whole 6 hours. With teams pitching in to help others get out on track and one team replacing their entire car mid-morning to get through the day - it was an epic adventure for all entrants! Plenty of stories to share at the BBQ after the event is done.

Ipswich Open Sprint Coming up fast
The third round of Sprints is almost upon us! Our last four Sprint events have reached capacity so make sure you get your entries in and don't miss out!

On the 10th of June we are also running our $200 Super Sprint Double Deal - just register and pay for the Sprint beforehand and get the morning practice for just $25!! 

$175 for the afternoon, on track at 1:00pm, driver's briefing at 12:30! You need a Clubman RACERS licence ($20 for the day, $65 for the year), helmet, long sleeves, long pants and enclosed shoes!

Classic Bike Ride Day next Saturday - 27th May!
Classic Bike Ride Days are a great way to get out on track in your historic machinery for a relaxed no-speed-limit ride around the Lakeside Park circuit!

This time Classic Bike is on a SATURDAY! So if you've missed out on the mid-week days due to work or other commitments, there's no excuses this time! On track from 9:30am.

$150 to get on track and a RACERS Clubman licence will be needed as well ($20 for the day, $65 for the year).

QR-FX Round 2 Entries Open Now!
 Make sure you've got your entry in for the second round of QR-FX on the 25th of June!

The last round in March was massive, with a giant field of Superbikes! It's a cost friendly, one day race event with optional practice on the Saturday. There's a category to fit your needs! From P6 to Superbikes, Supersport and the beginner category - Race Your Mates.
