Roll Racing

Off the streets and onto the circuit, Roll Racing gives you the opportunity to put your car to the test without the risk of the red & blues. Top Deck bar open from 6pm.

Roll Racing Brisbane will be all the street style racing you can handle without the risk of getting in trouble! Roll Racing is open to everyone and all types of registered cars.

Whether you just want to have a bit of fun, get a little taste of what your car can do or delve deep into putting together a package for eliminations, there’s a lot on offer.

Essential Information

Passenger Requirements

  • Photo ID
  • Must be over the age of 16.
  • All passengers under 18-years-old need to have parental permission. Legal guardians must sign the indemnity form and produce their Photo ID and
  • Medicare listing themselves and the child.
  • Minimum clothing requirement for this event is long sleeve shirt (covering to wrists), long pants (covering to ankle) and enclosed shoes.
  • An AS/NZS 1698 Standard helmet or equivalent

Driver Requirements

  • Drivers have to be over the age of 18
  • Minimum clothing requirement for this event is long sleeve shirt (covering to wrists), long pants (covering to ankle) and enclosed shoes.
  • An AS/NZS 1698 Standard helmet or equivalent (helmet hire is available at sign-on)
  • AASA General Speed licence Visit ASAA
  • Photo ID

Safety Details, Vehicle Requirements and Restrictions

  • Roll Racing Brisbane is a street car style event, open to all types of registered cars.
  • If you have an unregistered vehicle that you think fits within the ‘street car mould’ and would like to enter, email events@qldraceways.com.au with some clear photos of exterior angles of your car/interior & engine bay, and we will assess these on a case by case basis for approval.
  • If you do not get approval for your unregistered car prior to the event, you will not be permitted to run
  • Radial tyres only NO cross/bias ply tyres
  • No Front Runners (Meaning front tyres must be at least as wide as what the car came with from factory)
  • No oil, fuel or water leaks
  • No wheelie bars or parachutes
  • No methanol
  • Working headlights & tail lights
  • Remove loose items from the car
  • Ensure seat belts, brakes, brake lights and all other safety equipment are in excellent working order

Order Of Events

On the Day

1. Sign-On

Drivers will need to sign on at the event, they will need to show staff their photo ID and AASA General Speed License

2. Gates Open

Sign on starts from 4pm, drivers who have done the remote sign on just need to show their competitors’ licence and photo ID.

3. Drivers Briefing

Drivers’ briefings will begin from 5:30pm and on completion drivers will receive a second wristband.

4. Pit Lane Opens

The pit lane opens from 6pm, beginning all on track activities. Drivers can have multiple runs.

5. Elimination Runs

Elimination runs start from 9:00pm and run until the last person standing

6. Race Day Closes

Gates close at 10:00pm
